AlohaABA is a comprehensive practice management platform built exclusively for ABA therapy professionals. The objective was to enhance usability and streamline operations through intuitive UX/UI design. The project required a deep understanding of clinical workflows to design a system that truly supports therapists and administrators.
Challenge
The legacy interface lacked intuitiveness, causing delays in task execution and training. Users found it difficult to navigate between critical features like scheduling, billing, and reporting—ultimately impacting productivity and client service.
Approach
We adopted a user-centered design process, beginning with research into therapist workflows, stakeholder interviews, and competitor analysis. Our focus was on building dashboards that were clean, responsive, and data-rich—while ensuring accessibility and ease of navigation.
