Introduction
The growing needs of behavioral therapy providers demanded a reliable and scalable admin platform. AlohaABA Admin Portal was envisioned to bridge operational complexity with an intuitive user experience—helping staff oversee clinic operations with minimal training and maximum confidence.
Challenge
Existing tools were disjointed and lacked cohesive navigation. Users struggled to manage multiple customers, track payment records, or retrieve statements without switching between tabs or systems—leading to delays and errors.
Approach
I collaborated closely with stakeholders to understand administrative pain points. Using wireframes and interactive prototypes, we tested flows and refined layouts for customer details, payment modules, and server integration. Emphasis was placed on clarity, role-based access, and dashboard responsiveness.
